By using the Gym Management app or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Gym Management provides a platform for gym members to book classes, track fitness progress, and receive notifications. Access is granted by your gym administrator. You must be 18 or older to use this service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Gym Administrators

Gym owners and administrators are responsible for their gym's data, member management, and compliance with applicable laws regarding their members' personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gym Management is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
